The NB8-63H miniature circuit breaker is mainly designed for AC 50 Hz terminal distribution circuits with a rated voltage up to 400 V and a rated current up to 63 A. It is widely used in commercial office buildings, residential properties, and general industrial facilities. The circuit breaker automatically disconnects the circuit in the event of overload or short circuit, providing reliable protection for distribution lines and connected electrical equipment. It may also be used for infrequent switching of circuits under normal operating conditions. The NB8-63H is available in 1P, 1P+N, 2P, 3P, 3P+N, and 4P configurations, with rated currents ranging from 1 A to 63 A. It is suitable for both single-phase and three-phase terminal distribution systems. Its rated short-circuit breaking capacity reaches 10,000 A, while its service short-circuit breaking capacity is 7,500 A, making it suitable for applications requiring higher fault-current interruption capability. The product is available with B, C, and D tripping characteristics. The B curve is suitable for resistive loads and circuits with low inrush current, the C curve is suitable for lighting, socket circuits, and general inductive loads, while the D curve is intended for motors, transformers, and other equipment with high starting currents. The NB8-63H uses a thermal-magnetic tripping mechanism, supports both top and bottom incoming wiring, and is designed for installation on a TH35-7.5 standard DIN rail.
