The DZ47vZ series DC miniature circuit breaker is a new-generation protection device developed specifically for modern DC distribution systems. Designed for overload and short-circuit protection in DC circuits, it features a compact structure, stable performance, and convenient installation, effectively ensuring the safe operation of DC lines and electrical equipment. The DZ47vZ circuit breaker is suitable for DC 250V and DC 500V systems, with a rated current range from 1A to 63A. It is available in 1P, 2P, and 3P configurations to meet different DC distribution requirements. The product provides short-circuit protection, overload protection, control, and isolation functions, enabling effective circuit protection and equipment safety management in various applications. DZ47vZ offers two trip curve options: B Curve: Suitable for circuits with lower inrush current loads, with instantaneous tripping range of 4.4~6.6In. C Curve: Suitable for standard loads and distribution circuits, with instantaneous tripping range of 6.8~10.2In. The product adopts a modular installation design and can be conveniently mounted on standard DIN rails. With a maximum tightening torque of 2.5N·m, it provides efficient installation and maintenance. With 20,000 mechanical operations and 6,000 electrical operations, the DZ47vZ DC miniature circuit breaker is designed for long-term reliable operation in environments ranging from -35℃ to +70℃.
