CDB6i-125 Moulded Case Circuit Breaker

The CDB6i-125 series moulded case circuit breaker is a high-performance protection device designed for low-voltage AC distribution systems. It is widely used in industrial equipment, building power distribution, and electrical control systems.

The circuit breaker integrates overload protection, short circuit protection, control, and isolation functions, effectively protecting electrical circuits and equipment from damage caused by overload currents and short circuit faults.

The CDB6i-125 series supports rated current options of 63A, 80A, 100A, and 125A, with pole configurations including 1P, 2P, 3P, and 4P. The rated operating voltage supports 230/240VAC for single-pole applications and 400/415VAC for multi-pole applications.

The product adopts thermal-magnetic tripping technology and supports C and D tripping curves:

  • C curve is suitable for standard loads and distribution circuit protection.
  • D curve is suitable for motors and equipment with high starting currents.

With a modular design, the circuit breaker can be easily installed on standard 35mm DIN rails. It features U-type terminals with a maximum cable capacity of 50mm² and supports various accessories, including OF auxiliary contacts, SD alarm contacts, MX+OF shunt release, overvoltage release, and undervoltage release.

The CDB6i-125 series is widely applied in industrial control cabinets, mechanical equipment, low-voltage distribution systems, building electrical systems, and OEM complete equipment.
