Shipping Day | Another Batch of Control Panels Is Ready to Leave the Workshop

When these photos were taken, the cabinets had already been wrapped for transport. Through the protective film, you can still see the indicator lights, push buttons, selector switches and panel labels. The accompanying documents have also been prepared and placed with the equipment.

One interesting thing about building control panels is how different they look at the beginning.

Sometimes a project starts with a drawing. Sometimes it is a BOM. Sometimes it is simply a set of control requirements from the customer.

From there, the enclosure enters the workshop. Openings are made, components are installed, wiring is routed, terminals are connected and labels are added. Step by step, the control logic on paper becomes a physical electrical cabinet.

Once everything is finished, the doors are closed and the cabinets are wrapped for protection. At that point, they are no longer work-in-progress equipment in the workshop. They are finished products ready to be delivered.

This batch followed the same process.

Standing side by side, the cabinets may look like simple grey enclosures. But inside, every wire, terminal, indicator and switch corresponds to a specific function in the actual system.

Before shipment, we check the cabinet appearance, panel components and documentation once more, then complete the final packaging.

The next stop is the project site.

We plan to keep sharing more moments like this from our workshop. Instead of showing only finished product photos, we also want to document the real manufacturing process — how a control panel goes from a drawing to a piece of equipment ready for delivery.

Today’s update: packed and ready to go.
